An immersive exhibit highlighting pivotal moments from our rich history
In June 2023, we invited the community to join us at the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) to celebrate 100 years of life-changing care. The Mount Sinai 100 Experience was an immersive exhibit spotlighting Mount Sinai Hospital’s greatest accomplishments, the world-class institution we’ve become and our exciting future.
Celebrating a decade of exemplary care at Canada’s leading hospital for clinical care, research and teaching for the fastest-growing segment of health-care users — people living with complex illnesses
In 2023, we commemorated a significant milestone in celebrating 10 years since the move into Bridgepoint Active Healthcare, now Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, Sinai Health’s state-of-the-art facility that continually impresses patients, staff and visitors alike.
Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital was built and designed to create a restorative, restful space for everyone. The admiration for the thoughtful and innovative design of our hospital extends far beyond Sinai Health.
Honouring the physicians and scientists whose achievements have elevated Sinai Health’s reputation for world-class care and research. The Mount Sinai 100 Chairs are enabling the work of the next generation of preeminent clinicians and scientists, securing a bright future.

Mount Sinai Hospital owes its existence to this group of Jewish women, the Ezras Noshen.
The determination to improve lives persists, whether through groundbreaking medical discoveries or achieving unprecedented milestones in treating chronic disease and delivering babies earlier than ever thought possible.
One hundred years ago, Mount Sinai Hospital opened its doors on Yorkville Avenue after a group of Jewish women raised funds for a hospital to meet the urgent health-care needs of their community. A century later, Mount Sinai continues to be an inclusive and innovative hospital powered by philanthropy.
Sinai Health Foundation has established a $25-million endowed fund in honour of our centennial. The Mount Sinai 100 Fund will provide stable annual funding in perpetuity, allowing us to respond to the most urgent needs of our hospitals for the next 100 years.
Learn more about Mount Sinai 100While we had to postpone our 100th anniversary gala this past fall, the Mount Sinai 100: Gala of the Century has been rescheduled for September 2024, at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. This evening will honour the community that built Mount Sinai Hospital and provide a look towards our collective future.
